  • For payment of services: Yuvo may share your information with government agencies or other providers and organizations paying for services.
  • For business operations: Yuvo may use and share your information for our business operations. Yuvo may also use your information to improve our products and investigate any complaints. Additionally, Yuvo may share your information with our service providers, such as technology, accounting, legal, and research services. If you consent to receive SMS from Yuvo Health, you agree to receive messages related to the examples listed in the ‘How may Yuvo use or share your information?’ section from us. Reply STOP to opt-out; Reply HELP for support; Message & data rates may apply depending on your carrier; messaging frequency may vary. Where Yuvo collects phone numbers through an online form, such as the AHC survey, consent to receive SMS messages is obtained directly on that form. Message frequency may vary. Data rates may apply. For assistance, reply HELP. Reply STOP to opt out of receiving text messages. Please review our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.' Consent is never required to use the form or receive services.

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
